Inca Bitters is a highly concentrated cocktail bitter designed specifically to enhance and enrich drinks based on Latin American spirits such as pisco, rum, cachaça, aguardiente or agave spirits. Created as part of the Pisco Sour set, it perfectly complements this iconic Peruvian cocktail with its distinctive aromatic profile. It is dominated by notes of clove, cinnamon and gentian, which beautifully balance the fruitiness of the pisco and the freshness of the lime.
Thanks to its flavour character, it is also great in tiki cocktails or rum punches. Just a few drops are enough to flavour Pisco Souru foam or to add complexity to other drinks. Inca Bitters is made in the Netherlands and is 40% alcohol. Three drops on the surface of the cocktail is recommended for the perfect result - it will create an aromatic layer of spicy excitement.
