moët & chandon
Moët & Chandon is one of the most prestigious Champagne brands in the world, founded in 1743 by Claude Moët in Épernay, in the heart of the Champagne region. The brand belongs to the LVMH group and is known for its elegant and consistent style, which is based on the fusion of three main varieties - Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay. The wines are aged in the historic cellars below Épernay, which are among the largest in the region and provide ideal conditions for long-term ageing.
The brand stands out in particular thanks to the meticulous work of oenologist Benoît Gouez and the team of cellar masters who oversee the creation of each cuvée. At the heart of the portfolio is the iconic Moët Impérial, created in 1869 in honour of Emperor Napoleon, renowned for its freshness, fruitiness and harmonious profile. It is complemented by the rosé variant Rosé Impérial, the elegant and mineral Grand Vintage wines and luxury editions such as Nectar Impérial or Ice Impérial, the first champagne created specifically to be served with ice.
