what personal data we collect

If you order goods or services from us, we collect mainly data that are marked as mandatory in the ordering process. Mandatory data are only those data without which we cannot process your order, i.e. your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address and the subject of the order itself.

Upon delivery of the goods, you may be sent an email asking for a review of the goods you have purchased and our service.

For delivery of goods: to the transport company we cooperate with. This includes the delivery address and contact details, and in the case of cash on delivery, the amount to be paid. The carrier is only entitled to process the personal data that we pass on to him for the purpose of delivering the goods.

We process personal data that is necessary for the proper provision of our services or the performance of our obligations for the period of time required by or in accordance with applicable law.

In the case of processing of personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest, we store the data until the reason for processing is no longer applicable. Usually for a maximum of 5 years.

In the case of processing of personal data on the basis of consent, your personal data will generally be processed for a period of 5 years or until the consent is withdrawn.

mYou can ask us to delete your data. The deletion will not affect data that we are required by law to keep. We will also inform the other recipients of your personal data that you have exercised your right to erasure and they should erase all your personal data if this is technically feasible having regard to the technology and costs available.
