Château Minuty is a prestigious Provençal winery based on the Saint-Tropez peninsula, renowned in particular for its elegant rosé wines. Founded in 1936 by Gabriel Farnet, it remains in the hands of the Matton-Farnet family, which has maintained an artisanal approach and respect for terroir for four generations. Minuty is one of the few wineries in the region that grows its own grapes and harvests all the bunches entirely by hand.
Its 200 hectares of vineyards have the highest organic certification HVE 3 and are home to traditional varieties such as Grenache, Tibouren, Rolle, Syrah and Mourvèdre.
