Canerock is a premium rum spirit made from premium Barbados rums that are enriched with carefully selected natural spices such as vanilla from Madagascar, coconut from the Caribbean and a subtle touch of ginger. Each ingredient is infused separately, bringing out its natural flavour and aroma perfectly. The final maturation takes place in Pedro Ximénez sweet sherry casks, which adds complexity and long-lasting flavour to the rum.
