Cava de Oro is an artisanal tequila from El Arenal in the state of Jalisco, made exclusively from 100% blue Weber agave. Under the direction of the Partida family, the spirits are created using traditional methods - baking in brick ovens, fermentation and double distillation in copper pot stills. Thanks to long maturation in French oak barrels, the tequilas have a distinctively smooth, sweet and rich profile with notes of caramel, vanilla and wood. The brand also offers special editions, including a tahona version or cristalino variants.
